Brussels, 06/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The essence of the message that the EU's Troika wants to send this Friday in Moscow to the Russian leaders is as follows: now that, after the election of Vladimir Putin to the Presidency, Russia will enter into a phase of political stabilisation, Moscow must start working more closely and fervently with the European Union, to give a strong meaning to the partnership with the EU by developing all the potentials of the agreement in force.
