Vienna Monitoring Centre will be inaugurated without Chancellor Schussel

Brussels, 06/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - During the inauguration, on Friday 7 April in Vienna, of the European Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia, to which will participate the Presidents of the European Commission Romano Prodi and of the European Parliament Nicole Fontaine, Austria will be represented by President Thomas Kestil, though Chancellor Schussel and his Ministers have not been invited.
