06/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The first meeting of the "Urban Social Policy" network created in the context of the European "Urbal" programme will be held on 10 and 11 April in Montevideo, capital of Uruguay. This is the 5th network of European and Latin American representatives, set up in the Urbal context, alongside networks mainly devoted to the drugs problem in towns or to the management of heritage.
