Brussels/Buenos Aires, 06/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - Agriculture seems to be the most difficult issue in the trade negotiations between the EU and the Mercosur, confirmed the European Commission Director General for External Relations, Guy Legras, during the opening of the negotiations for an accession and free trade agreement, this Thursday in the Argentine capital (see EUROPE of 5 April, p.7).
