The French general public on-line service INFOSOURCES (FF 155.2 million turnover in 1999) has taken over the specialised press groups PRESSIMAGE and FREEWAY through an exchange of shares. The shareholders o the two groups will thus receive 7.5% of INFOSOURCES' capital against 100% of their own.
