ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) agri-food

The diversified Norwegian group NORSK HYDRO has finalised its sale of HYDRO SEAFOOD (breeding and retailing of salmon: 275 million turnover in 1999), its fish-farming branch, to the Dutch firm NUTRECO HOLDING. The transaction amounts to 468 million euro. See EI of 15 March.
