Brussels, 06/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Regional Prime Minister of Mecklenburg (Eastern Germany), Harald Ringstorff, has asked the European Commissioner for Competition, Mario Monti, to consider a "moderate" increase in the capacity limitations imposed on East German shipyards.
