06/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The EU, indicates Reuters from Colombo in quoting diplomatic sources, wrote to the President of Sri Lanka and to the leader of the opposition calling on them to find a consensus on the new constitution so bringing an end to the Tamil rebellion and ensuring the international aid is properly used.
