Luxembourg, 20/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Council to the prosecution Nial Fennelly discussed what he calls the "Monegasque question" in the "Estée Lauder c/Lancaster" case that EUROPE has just studied (see EUROPE of January 18 page 13). The Court made no reference in its verdict, though the council for the prosecution noted the difficulty of EU/Monaco trade relations.
