FRANCE TELECOMMUNICATIONS is to sign an agreement with the Jordanian government for acquisition of 40% of JTC - JORDAN TELECOM shares for the sum of $508 million. The French operator will be associated with BANQUE NATIONALE DU KUWAIT and ARAB BANK for this operation.
