The Italian Court of Auditors is not qualified to question the Court of justice in the dossier regarding the monitoring of ANAS and RAI's financial activities

Luxembourg, 20/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice refused the Italian Court of Auditors the possibility of asking questions of interpretation of necessary Community law, according to the latter, to monitor ANAS's financial transactions (Independent national motorway company) and RAI (Italian Television).
