Hearing of the parties to the case of the refusal of entry onto British territory of a Community citizen

Luxembourg, 20/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice has just heard the arguments of a Dutch national who originates from Ghana, Yaa Konadu Yiadom, and that of the British government and the European Commission in the case of the Dutch women verses the Home Secretary over her right to enter the United Kingdom. The British authorities refused her entry onto British territory arguing that she would had facilitated the illegal entry of other persons into the United Kingdom...
