In Germany, HOLSTEN BRAUEREI AG (turnover about DM 2 billion during last financial year with 3,527 employed) has acquired 75% of the capital of the family firm KÖNIG BRAUEREI GMBH & CO (turnover DM 350 million during last financial year for "König Pilsdener" and "Kelts" brands).
