The Anglo-Dutch steelmaker CORUS has signed an agreement with REYNOLDS METALS and SGF MINERAL to pay EUR 70 million for a 60% majority share in Canada's REYCAN (aluminium materials for the American automotive industry; annual turnover of around CAD 265 million). The remaining 40% will be owned by SGF MINERAL.
