ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automobiles

Dutch company HAGEMEYER is to sell, by the middle of the year, different subsidiaries to a certain number of companies including AVIS EUROPE (Belgian group D'IETEREN) and RENAULT (France). The sale of these companies, which together have a combined turnover of over EUR 700 million, will bring in around EUR 500 million, declared HAGEMEYER.
