ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) industrial gases

In order to conform to the conditions set by the European Commission concerning the acquisition of BOC - BRITISH OXYGEN CORP, the French group AIR LIQUIDE, associated with American AIR PRODUCTS for this operation, is to proceed to the sale of assets, mainly in France and the UK, for a total of EUR 203 million in turnover.
