The French telephone operator A NOVO (turnover of FRF 1.2 billion expected for fiscal 1999-2000) has acquired control of the Swedish group TELI SERVICE (services for telecommunications products; turnover of SEK 300 million in 1999 with 450 employees) from a Swedish venture capital fund managed by AB SEGULAH, for an undisclosed amount.
