Brussels, 14/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission adopted a report (the first since the euro was introduced and since the European Council of Helsinki, which specified and strengthened the economic coordination process within the EMU) presenting an overall and detailed evaluation of the application by Member States, in 1999, of the Broad Economic Policy Guidelines (BEPG) adopted for that year.
