The French group MORY TEAM has signed a partnership agreement with the American CIRCLE ($839 million turnover in 1999 with 4,600 employees), intending to create a joint-venture called MORY CIRCLE. Specialised mainly in overseas business and shipping, the latter should see a turnover of FF 500 million in its first year.
