Brussels, 14/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission decided to refer Greece to the European Court of Justice over a tax provision discriminating against European citizens of non Greek nationality. The Greek legislation sets restrictive conditions on the granting of a preferential tax rate on property transfers, when buying a property in a foreign currency.
