The German-American group DAIMLERCHRYSLER is to sell its computer services subsidiary DEBIS SYSTEMHAUS (annual turnover of EUR 2.8 bn, with a workforce of 20,000) to DEUTSCHE TELEKOM, according to the German weekly Der Spiegel. The telecommunications firm should pay some EUR 4 bn for DEBIS.
