The German-Belgian-Luxembourg group CLT-UFA (group's share net result EUR 415 million in 1999), holder of 65% of HMG - HOLLAND MEDIA GROP is preparing to take its shareholding to 100% by buying up the remaining 35% of VERONICA GROUP.
