European Parliament clarifies definition of package holiday and fine-tunes cancellation rights

The European Parliament voted its negotiating position on the revision of the Package Travel Directive by 535 votes to 36, with 47 abstentions, at its plenary session in Strasbourg on Thursday 11 September. It clarifies the definition of a package holiday and fine-tunes cancellation rights (see EUROPE B13668A14).
