European Commission launches public consultation as part of technology transfer agreement review

On Thursday 11 September, the European Commission launched a public consultation as part of the proposed revision of EU competition rules on technology transfer agreements.

Technology transfer agreements are subject to Article 101 TFEU, which prohibits anti-competitive agreements.
