Payment of further €1 billion to Ukraine as part of G7 ‘ERA’ loans

11/09/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 11 September, the European Commission announced that it had paid Ukraine a further billion euros under the preferential ‘ERA’ loans granted by the G7 countries and pledged against profits made on Bank of Russia assets held in the EU.
