Paris / Brussels / Budapest / Warsaw / Strasbourg, 18/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - In answer to questions from the press on the European initiative of Joschka Fischer, the spokesperson of the Quai D'Orsay, Anne Gazeau-Secret said that next Friday's Franco-German Summit in Rambouillet would be "a wholly informal meeting" in which "no subject" would be excluded from the debate.
