ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) clothing

In France, the group ZANNIER (annual turnover of FF 4 billion FF) will take-over 100% of GENERATION Y2K (child fashion, annual turnover of FF 1.2 billion). To carryout this operation ZANNIER will pay FF 130 million and bring 9% of its capital to the present GENERATION Y2K shareholders.
