ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) consulting

The strategic consultancy and management group SOLVING ITNERNATIONAL (turnover FF 257.2 million in 1999 with 400 consultants) is to acquire 52% of the capital of the New York-based firm MERITUS (turnover $11.5 million in 1999 with around fifty consultants). SOLVING foresees increasing its stake to 75% within the next three years, the remainder being held by the management.
