18/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council has amended Protocol 31 to the European Economic Area Agreement, so as to extend cooperation in the area of culture and to determine arrangements for the "full participation" of the EFTA and EEA states in the Community's Culture 2000 programme.
