ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) materials

The Italian construction materials group ITALCEMENTI announced the signing of an agreement for the creation of a joint venture in India with the Indian company ZUARI INDUSTRIES. This joint venture, equally held by ITALCEMENTI and ZUARI, will manage the cement activities of the latter company including two production units.
