NEWS WORLD COMMUNICATIONS, which mainly owns the daily The Washington Times, has announced its entry into the capital of the press agency UPI - UNITED PRESS INTERNATIONAL which was seeking a buyer. The financial conditions of the operation have not been disclosed.
