Infringement proceedings concerning directive on telephone dialling against Germany and United Kingdom

Brussels, 15/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has sent letters of formal notice to Germany and the United Kingdom for their failure to implement within the time set the directive on telephone dialling (98/61/EC). Operator pre-selection was to be available by 1 January 2000 at the latest in these two states.
