15/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - Further to the speech by European Ombudsman Jacob Söderman, the European Parliament apologised to architects who had taken part in the competition on fitting out part of the EP premises in Brussels. The Parliament acknowledges that the duration of the procedure was excessive and that the ensuing delay in communicating results was abusive.
