ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) steel industry

In the context of its recentring strategy on stainless steel and carbon plate, French USINOR sold the control of its activities on stainless steel tubes for the automobile and food processing industry to Swiss MATTHEY. The annual turnover of the new entity will be around EUR 110 million.
