Brussels, 15/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - Portugal's State Secretary for European affairs, Francisco Seixas da Costa, confirmed on Thursday in Brussels that the only subject the Portuguese Presidency will propose as an addition to the agenda of the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) on EU institutional reform is enhanced cooperation.
