ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) information technology

German SPA has signed, with Swiss group NESTLE, a contract for selling it its software system mySAP.com (applications for e-commerce). The amount of the contract amounts to over EUR 100 million. Furthermore, SAP is to acquire the American start-up COMMERCE ONE for the sum of $250 million.
