ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) agricultural machines

The Indian company ITL - INTERNATIONAL TRACTORS LIMITED and RENAULT AGRICULTURE have formed a partnership. The RENAULT subsidiary will take 20% of ITL and offer it the licence to manufacture the Ceres tractor that will be produced locally for the local market. The two partners have also created a joint venture named RSI - RENAULT SONALIKA INTERNATIONAL 60% held by RENAULT AGRICULTURE and 40% by ITL.
