The Dutch RANDSTAD, specialised in temporary work, will buy from PROSEGUR COMPANIA DE SEGURIDAD and PRIME SELECT their respective stakes of 76% and 24% in the Spanish company UMANO ETT. The price was set at EUR 108.2 million. This operation will enable RANDSTAD to rise to the second place in the Spanish temping market with a network of some 150 agencies and branches and a pro forma turnover of EUR 223.3 million or around 16% of the market.
