The Italian electricity group ENEL and the German banking group DEUTSCHE BANK have announced the creation of a joint venture in the real estate sector, aimed a being listed on the stock exchange by 2002. Named IMMOBILIARE RIO NUOVO, the new company will be formed at the end of 2000. It will be 51% controlled by DEUTSCHE BANK and 49% by SEI, subsidiary of ENEL, specialised in real estate and services.
