The French group CAI - CREDIT AGRICOLE INDOSUEZ will buy the Swiss subsidiary of CIBC - CANADIAN IMPERIAL BANK OF COMMERCE. The company will be integrated into the Swiss branch of CAI that will have at it disposal, after the merger, CHF 25 billion in managed assets.
