The French BARLATIER (turnover of FF 335 million in 1999 with 800 employees and 255,000 m2 of warehouses managed over 17 sites) sold 51% of its capital to the Dutch TPG - TNT POST GROEP (annual turnover of FF 55.7 billion with 115,000 employees), which should acquire the remaining 49% within the next three years.
