Agreement between European Parliament and EU Council concerning European regulation on rail capacity management

Negotiators from the European Parliament and the Council of the EU reached an agreement on the revision of the European regulation on rail capacity management on the night of Tuesday 18 to Wednesday 19 November (see EUROPE B13657A12).
