EU General Court rules against automatic extension of approvals for active substances in plant protection products

The extension of the approval of an active substance contained in plant protection products is of a provisional and exceptional nature, ruled the General Court of the EU in a judgment delivered on Wednesday 19 November (joined cases T-412/22, T-94/23 and T-565/23).
