European Commission refers Bulgaria and Portugal to Court for failing to fully transpose rules on posting of drivers

On Wednesday 8 October, the European Commission decided to refer Bulgaria and Portugal to the Court of Justice of the European Union for failing to fully transpose into their national legislation EU rules on the posting of drivers in the road transport sector.
