European Parliament objects to market authorisation for products containing GMO maize DP51291

08/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 8 October, the European Parliament adopted (433 votes in favour, 166 against and 9 abstentions) a resolution objecting to the European Commission’s plan for the market authorisation of products containing genetically modified maize DP51291.
