European Parliament definitively ready to negotiate with EU Council on future electronic declaration of posting of workers

08/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 8 October, the European Parliament confirmed the negotiating mandate of the two rapporteurs, Johan Danielsson (S&D, Swedish) and Andreas Schwab (EPP, German), on the proposal for a voluntary interface on the e-declaration of posting of worker in the EU (see EUROPE B13642A16). This project provides for a one-stop shop for administrations to report postings, with a certain amount of information on the worker to facilitate administrative procedures....
