ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) fibre optics

The French ALCATEL will create a joint venture in China with the Chinese company SDG INFORMATION in which it will be a majority stake holder with 55%, its local partner will hold the remainder (45%). This company, in which USD 28 million will be invested will be responsible for the manufacturing of fibre optics and will employ 120 employees.
