ROYAL CANIN (French group BNP PARIBAS), specialised in dry feed for dogs and cats, acquired 100% of the capital in JAMES WELLBELOVED (199 turnover of EUR 11.7 million), the third largest British in high range nutritional feed. The value of the acquisition has not been made public.
