Belgium found guilty of not having system for collection and treatment of waste water in Brussels

Luxembourg, 11/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Court of Justice has found Belgium guilty of the fact that the region Brussels-Capital does not have a system for the collection and treatment of waste water (household, industrial and other waters), a system prescribed in large towns and cities by the relevant 1991 Community Directive.
