The British real estate agents FDP SAVILLS sealed an alliance with its American counterpart TRAMMEL CROW. According to the terms of the agreement, the two partners will create a European company named TRAMMEL CROW SAVILLS that will be 51% held by the American company and 49% by SAVILLS. It will employ 18,000 people and be present in 21 countries. Furthermore, TRAMMEL CROW is taking a 10% stake in the British company with the possibility of increasing it to 20%.
